Anne has written a number of books and magazine articles for children, young adults, and adults.  Her books include Everglades: an Ecosystem Facing Choices and Challenges (2008), winner of a silver medal in the 2008 Florida Book Awards, an annual award that recognizes, honors, and celebrates the best Florida literature published in the previous year.

Anne edited Bay Arts and Entertainment magazine for its first eight years and, with her daughter, published Cool Kidstuff, a regional children’s magazine.  She is a photographer, designer, and layout artist, and has produced publications on many topics.

Anne lives in Lynn Haven with four dogs and two cats. She has two adult children and one grandson. In addition to writing and photography, she enjoys volunteering with the state park, cooking for a crowd, traveling to off the beaten path places, and spending time with her family.
