Patricia Mack


Food journalist and restaurant critic Patricia Mack, is a former Food Editor of The Record in Hackensack, New Jersey. She is the recipient of numerous awards from the Association of Food Journalists. She has received many citations for her writing as a food journalist and restaurant reviewer, as well as appearing on many television programs, including The Food Network and ABC’s Eyewitness News. Well-known to many professional gastronomes, Pat is also the author of three hardcover cookbooks: The 15-Minute Chef, Tomatoes (From the kitchen garden to the kitchen table) and Corn. Pat shares her adventures in the culinary world while traveling back and forth from her homes in New Jersey and Florida.
