Panama City Writers Association--Panama City is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in the Panhandle of Florida. Panama City Writers Association, Inc., was established in 1999. Panama City Writers Association is a successor interest group welcoming people of all ages and writing interests. Panhandle Writers Guild (PWG) was founded in 1974 to provide fellowship between area writers, help writers develop and publish their work, and promote goodwill in the community through literary efforts. PWG offers an opportunity for writers, accomplished and novice, to meet on the third Tuesday of the month, September to May, from 1-3pm at the Bay County Public Library.
